Dear LLA Redcoats Families,It is with a heavy heart that we are confirming to everyone that for the safety and concern of our athletes and families the LLA Redcoats Association has decided to cancel the 2020 Box, House League and 3 on 3 play. The executive have worked tirelessly up to this point to promote and organize lacrosse for both new and returning players and we were all very excited for what was promising to be one of the best and most successful Lacrosse seasons!
LLA Redcoats realizes the potential stress this may have on everyone financially and as such refunds will be issued in a timely manner. We have made the decision as an executive to refund 100% of all 2020 registration fees. What does this mean? This means the LLA Redcoats has decided to cover the cost of the administrative fees to register as well as the Ontario Lacrosse Association fee for athlete insurance costs. Why are we doing this? Your LLA executive would like to keep hope alive for some type of lacrosse activity for our members! If we are able to provide some type of lacrosse activity, whether that be training camps or outdoor 3v3 mini tournaments, all of our athletes would have the necessary insurance to participate! Other clubs are withholding those fees and we are happy to support our athletes in this way.
Please allow 30-60 days to receive your full refund. All refunds will be processed in a timely manner to the credit card used for your athlete’s registration. We appreciate your patience! If you have any questions please direct them to our club Registrar at: Registrar@redcoatslacrosse.com We encourage you to keep in touch with us through our Instagram, Facebook and Website for all things Redcoats! The goal of our executive now is to use this unfortunate delay in play as an opportunity to provide our members with even more for the 2021 Season! We look forward to the day when we can all play together again!! We won’t give up on our athletes!
Remember…the Redcoats Are Coming!!
Yours in the passion and spirit of Lacrosse, LLA Redcoats Executive
