Perhaps your hockey team mates are playing lacrosse? Perhaps you saw a Toronto Rock game on TV, or maybe you need a really great sport to offset your other sport? If you have ever wanted to try lacrosse but weren’t sure you wanted to commit, here’s your perfect opportunity! The Redcoats Lacrosse Association is running a FREE 1 hour try-before-you buy session or three for new players and parents new to lacrosse. The sessions provide introductory skills, drills and everything you need to know about the sport. The sessions are co-ed.
